Former Big Brother Naija housemate Emmanuel Umoh and his Cameroonian wife Cilia Nyanghe have acquired a new home in the United States weeks after their wedding.
The couple, who got married in April in the US, are said to have secured the property as they begin married life together abroad.
Their marriage attracted attention online after Emmanuel and Cilia shared pre-wedding photos and videos ahead of the ceremony. The photos, which showed the couple in matching black and silver outfits, drew reactions from fans who praised their relationship and journey to marriage.
Emmanuel, who rose to fame as a finalist on the sixth season of Big Brother Naija in 2021, announced the wedding on social media shortly before the ceremony held on April 17, in Minneapolis, Minnesota.
The reality TV star, model and former Mister Africa had relocated to the United States before the wedding. His wife Cilia is a Cameroonian American entrepreneur and influencer based in Minnesota.
The couple’s relationship became a talking point among fans partly because many viewers still associated Emmanuel with his former Big Brother Naija love interest Liquorose.
Before his wedding, Emmanuel had also made headlines in 2022 after showing off a house he acquired in Lagos, saying at the time that settling down was one of his next major goals.
