Nollywood actor Godwin Maduagwu has cried out for help to deal with the difficulty he is going through following his alleged leaked gay sex tape.
In an Instagram post on Tuesday, the actor shared a video of himself explaining how difficult life has been as brands and companies have refused to work with him, also revealing that he can barely meet even his basic needs.
He captioned the post: “I need my Life & Career back!!!
“Nigerians shouldn’t pressurize me in thinking suicidal as an option because I’m seriously affected mentally.”
Godwin made the headlines when a gay sex tape allegedly involving him went viral in January.
Addressing the controversy for the first time earlier this month, the actor revealed that his image was only superimposed into the video to blackmail him.
He also explained how the stigma has paralysed his public image.
