Family, friends and acquaintances of Engineer Adekunle Awode on Sunday, December 3 gave him a befitting 80th birthday at The Grandeur Place, on Billings Way, Oregun, Ikeja, Lagos.
Leading the celebration is the CEO of Chemstar Manufacturing Company, makers of Finecoat and Shield Paints, Apostle Aderemi Awode, who spared no cost to give his father a birthday to remember.
Joining the Finecoat boss were other children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren of the patriarch who declared he is blessed and favoured to have accomplished so much.
