Fayemi appoints five more advisers

Ekiti State Governor, Kayode Fayemi, has approved the appointment of five advisers a day after submitting a list of commissioner-hopefuls to the Assembly for screening and confirmation.

The new appointment for advisers was made public in a statement on Wednesday by Fayemi’s spokesperson, Yinka Oyebode.

He said: “In the bid to further position the administration for effective service delivery, Ekiti State Governor, Dr Kayode Fayemi has approved the appointment of five additional Special Advisers.”

The new advisers are V.O Kolade (Special Adviser, Social Investments), Ademola Bello (Special Adviser, Inter-Party Relations and Allied Matters), Abiola Olowokere (Special  Adviser, Legislative Affairs), Sikiru Eniola (Special Adviser, Tertiary Education), and Kofoworola Aderiye (Technical Adviser, Education).

The appointments are to take immediate effect.
