Chairman of Transcorp and the company’s managing director and chief executive officer Dupe Olusola on Monday marked World Environment Day at Transcorp Hilton in Abuja.
At the hotel, Mr Elumelu and Mrs Olusola demonstrated care for the environment.
Commenting on this, Olusola said via Instagram, “Sometimes you spend time thinking and looking at what others have and appreciating how they’ve grown, but you forget to take stock of how far you have actually come.
“Take some time out today to think through it a little and be grateful. I’m certain that you’re not where you were 3 years ago – you’ve grown your network and this is true wealth, grown in your knowledge, understanding and even in the things you can afford today. Don’t say less fuel, LOL!
“So today, as we celebrate World Environment Day, let’s give back to planet earth. Let’s play our role in ensuring that we build and not destroy. Let’s remember to be grateful, let’s remain consistent in chasing our goals, let’s put in the work and keep moving – you know I love and embrace progress. It’s all going to fall in place as it always does. Happy World Environment Day!”
