Don Jazzy gives kudos to soldiers fighting Boko Haram

Music producer, Michael Ajereh, popularly known as Don Jazzy, has praised the bravery and courage of Nigerian soldiers fighting the insurgency.

The 37-year-old acknowledged their sacrifice in a post he shared on Twitter on Thursday.

“We need to understand why it’s constructive to acknowledge the bravery and doggedness of our armed forces’ personnel who have put their lives on the line in the fight against insurgency. We need to come together regardless of our ethnic, religious and political differences,” he wrote,

On April 1, Nollywood actor, Yul Edochie, announced that he would financially assist the families of soldiers fighting Boko Haram as much he could.

He tweeted, ”To our military men in the jungle fighting terrorists, risking your lives to protect us all, if you see this message pls send your account numbers or that of ur wives to me, I’ll credit as many as I can. Just my little way of appreciating you for your service. God bless you all.”
