Disc jockey Florence Otedola popularly known as DJ Cuppy has laughed at a Twitter user who compared her to singer Tems.
A Twitter user made a post on Wednesday saying, “Tems did what Cuppy was supposed to do three years ago.”
Reacting to the post, DJ Cuppy wrote with a laughing emoji saying, “No way, not with the kind of singing voice I was born with.”
Fans of the music producer also defended her.
“Do we really need this comparison, and even if you want to compare, compare things that add up. Cuppy is a DJ ( a good one at that) and Tems is a vocalist also a good one at it, but can Tems do the work Cuppy does in the DJ aspect, No! Please do better and don’t try to rubbish efforts,” Muqit wrote.
“Y’all need to stop criticising this babe just because to wanna gain attention,” Another user wrote.
