Delta police spokesman Bright Edafe joins in dragging Rinu Oduala

Delta police spokesman Bright Edafe

Spokesman of the Delta State Police Command Bright Edafe on Friday joined some tweeps in dragging #EndSARS promoter, Rinu Oduala.

The clampdown on Oduala began on Thursday when she called out Senator Chimaroke Nnamani who has been in the news for supporting the presidential candidate of the ruling party APC despite being a member of the opposition PDP.

Edafe joined the conversation after an Oyo politician and APC member Akin Akinwale tweeted, “If you ask Rinu to account for the EndSARS funds with her now she will start convulsing. O ri randu bi eni akara. LOOOOOOOOOOL.”

The Delta PPRO then alleged that Oduala attacks the police on Twitter because she gets her pay check for doing so.

“Oh oh oh now I understand why she is always after the police on Twitter…woah, that’s where her money is,” he wrote.

Oduala responded by calling Edafe an “unqualified” police officer.

“I’m sure if we check your records, you would have been involved in one extortion case or the other. An unqualified police officer who got his job by carrying politicians’ handbags. Bright wey no bright,” she wrote.

In another tweet, she said, “A police officer and a politician banding together to attack Rinu. Typical partners in crime. Una no reach!”
