Actor and musician, Charles Okocha, is a year older.
The ‘Accolades’ singer, popularly known as Igwe 2pac or Amoshine, took to Instagram on Thursday to share pictures wishing himself a happy birthday.
“Happy birthday to me, am so grateful Lord,” he wrote.
Charles’ fan base grew when his popular ‘Accolades’ video skit went viral on social media.
In the skit, he traumatises a few unlucky young men; hops on someone’s car telling them the reasons he deserves some accolades.
In another video, he storms out the gates and runs down the streets shouting, “You all should acknowledge me! I paid my dues.”
The viral accolades video gained him massive recognition with the affirmation “we global now.”
A few years ago, the actor was reportedly shot five times by a drunk policeman while attending a function in Nnewi, Anambra State.
His persona as a returnee Igbo prince had already debuted on the small screen by then, but not long after, Igwe 2pac, the parody, was born.
Charles recently released the visuals of his single titled ‘Accolades’.
The video was directed by Clarence Peters and it features Charles’s sidekick, Wonda Tha Hypeman.
