Bukunmi Oluwasina bags first nomination at Toronto International Film Festival

Actress Bukunmi Oluwasina has bagged her first nomination at the Toronto International Film Festival.

Taking to her Instagram page on Friday to share the good news, Bukunmi revealed that it is a double celebration for her, as the news of her nomination came with an announcement that would be made known later in the day.

The movie star bagged nominations for Best African Actress and Best Nollywood Actress.

Expressing joy, the 33-year-old stated that the nominations mean so much to her.

She wrote, “We will be breaking a BIG news to y’all in a few hours time. And fortunately, someone just broke one other good news to me a few minutes ago. It’s my first nomination at the TORONTO INTERNATIONAL FILM FESTIVAL as *Best African Actress & *Best Nollywood Actress and it means so much to me.
Congratulations to @deborahewrdafefilms and @iamabiodunadebanjo as OLOLAAGINJU bags lots of nominations on the list. I’m coming back in a few hours to break another good news for you guys!! E choke!!”
