Former Big Brother Naija housemate Khloe has revealed she recently survived a medical emergency that required immediate surgery.
Khloe, whose real name is Abiri Oluwabusayo, broke the news in a Snapchat post on Monday, thanking God for sparing her life.
“Dear God, thank you for life,” she wrote.
“I have never seen my fav girl @xo.g4life like yesterday—holding back tears, shaking, she almost punched the nurse. From ER straight to the theatre… Thank God for life and my family.”
The reality TV star also expressed gratitude to her close friends who stood by her throughout the ordeal.
She tagged @oberz_emg, @chocolatey3, @codenamedremo, @demilade.07 and @opher, noting that they didn’t leave the hospital’s waiting room.
Reflecting on how serious the situation was, Khloe wrote:
“I am a living testimony… God is good. Help me thank my Abba Father for saving my life. After theatre, they said if I had waited one more day, it would’ve been a different story. But my Father said I will definitely be a testament of His mercy.”
Khloe was reportedly rushed from her beauty spa, Sayria, to the emergency room before being moved to the operating theatre.
She is now recovering and has continued to receive an outpouring of love and prayers from fans and colleagues in the entertainment industry.
Khloe rose to fame as a housemate on Big Brother Naija Double Wahala in 2018.
Although she was initially disqualified from the show, she was later brought back alongside fellow housemate Anto.
Known for her bold personality and outspoken nature, Khloe has since ventured into entrepreneurship and social influencing.
