Musician and actor, Banky W, has denied claims that tickets to his wedding to actress, Adesua Etomi, are on sale for N35,000.
Some disreputable online platforms had earlier reported that the 36-year-old and his The Wedding Party co-star plan to cash in on their highly anticipated nuptials.
The ‘Yes/No’, however, warned in a message posted on Twitter on Tuesday that the public should not be duped by fraudsters
He likened the scam to the antics of those who send messages about bank accounts being blocked because of BVN registration and those claiming to have an uncle who left behind a fortune of $5million.
Lol so I hear there are “tickets to the wedding” on sale for 35k. Anyone who believes that, there are some people very ready to sell u other things like “your bvn is blocked” and “I have an Uncle who will dash you $5 mill usd if u wire just 500k”. Good luck!

Banky W’s strictly by invitation traditional wedding to Adesua will hold in Lagos on Sunday, November 19.
He announced his engagement to the 31-year-old in May and the duo had their marriage introduction shortly thereafter.
