Angry Omotola launches #dontpushme campaign against LIRS, Ikeja disco

Omotola

With her 20th wedding anniversary and her daughter’s 19th birthday celebrations over, actress Omotola Jalade Ekeinde is back to dealing with the uncomfortable reality of everyday life in Nigeria.

The thespian, who launched an event centre named Double Doors in Ikeja in February, Friday launched a Twitter campaign against the government over system collapse in the country.

First to draw her ire is the Ikeja Electricity Distribution Company (colloquially referred to as PHCN) legendary for distributing darkness at high cost to its customers.

She then moved on to the Lagos Inland Revenue Service (LIRS) which has threatened to go after and persecute tax defaulters.

And the campaign goes on.

Expectedly, fans and just about everybody concerned with the hell Nigeria has become joined the campaign.
