Big Brother Naija reality star Alex Unusual has deactivated her Instagram account amid comedian AY Makun’s marital crisis.
AY confirmed separation from his wife Mabel Makun in an Instagram post on Sunday in which he stated that he watched their friendship of 20 years and marriage slip off his hands.
Rumours of infidelity and other marital issues have been circulating, with allegations that AY has been involved with various women, leading to conflicts within the marriage.
Addressing the cheating rumours, the comedian wrote: “Presently, I am loving the way that lies about me in all these blogs are travelling faster than the truth. But my painful truth will eventually beat away all the lies.”
In 2022, Alex refuted claims of having an affair with AY Makun after an Instagram blog published the allegation.
After the infidelity issue resurfaced, Alex abruptly withdrew from Instagram amid the comedian’s marital troubles.
