Singer, Adekunle Moruf Kosoko, popularly known as Adekunle Gold, has dished out some career advise to his wife, Simi, who is also a singer.
In a video posted on Instagram by Simi on Saturday, the 33-year-old starts off by making it clear that he is advising her as a fan, not as her husband.
He then tells her to bring back her songs from her album Restless. When Simi points out that people do not respect R&B these days, he tells her to forget it because all that matters is Simi.
“Give us captionable songs,” he said.
Simi’s #RESTLESS2 suggests she might be considering her husband’s advice.
The couple got hitched in a secret ceremony in January 2019 and collaborated on the song ‘By You’ in July 2019.
