A faction of the African Action Congress (AAC) has expelled the party’s national chairman and its presidential election in the 2019 elections, Omoyele Sowore.

The faction on Friday also expelled 28 others at a national convention at Rockview Hotel, Owerri.

A faction of the party loyal to Sowore had late Thursday denounced the national convention.
