Yinka Quadri, Bimbo Oshin, others remember Moji Olaiya one year after death

Moji Olaiya

Friends and colleagues of Nollywood actress, Moji Olaiya, paid tribute to her on Thursday, one year after her death.

Moji’s shocking death in Canada on May 17, 2017 came after the birth of her second child, Maryam Odutola.

She was buried on June 7, 2017, in Lagos with stars like Fathia Balogun, Mide Martins, Yomi Fabiyi, Lepa Shandy, Eniola Badmus, Bimbo Thomas, Afeez Owo, Ayo Adesanya and Iyabo Ojo in attendance.

While some friends spared little or no thought for her on the first anniversary of her death, the likes of Bimbo Oshin, Yomi Fabiyi, Foluke Daramola, Ayo Adesanya and Yinka Quadri remembered her on social media.

The remembrance is made more painful by the death on Tuesday, May 15, 2018 of another actress, Aisha Abimbola.

One Year Today MOJ, you will never be forgotten. Continue to Rest in the Bossom of the lord sweety. I sincerely miss you. Your respect, loyalty, care, compassion, attention, truthfulness, guide, trust, support, beautiful face and sister kindness will linger in my heart forever. Behind, you stood by me and to my face you did. When the ships were down, at my lowest ebb. When I needed to know the true people in my life, a shoulder to lean on, you showed up convincingly. I AM GRATEFUL for everything ok. I am happy I have the means to show the world how good you and what you deserve. I have no regret meeting you. CONTINUE TO REST IN PEACE MoJ. I care so much. Permission to kiss you 💋 and say this now “I LOVE YOU MoJ”. #MOJIOLAIYA1YEAR #MOJIOLAIYAREMEMBRANCE #YOMIFABIYI #1YEARON – Yomi Fabiyi
