Pop star, 2face Idibia, has finally broken his silence on the fight between his protégé Dammy Krane and Wizkid at Club Quilox on January 15, 2016.
Speaking to Wazobia FM during a media tour to promote his new single, ‘Coded Tinz’, 2Baba as he is now called, revealed that he was really disappointed at the two artistes.
“Mehn…I was really disappointed, you know, considering both of them na my people, and most importantly, Dammy and Wiz have been good friends; but I am glad they quickly put it all behind them and made peace,” he said.
The ‘Rainbow’ singer continued “In as much as it is very bad to jack another man’s property, it is also your responsibility to protect your property.”
Wizkid reportedly broke a bottle on Dammy Krane’s head after the latter accused him of stealing some of his songs and lyrics.
Reports claim that the fight was settled by Shina Peller, owner of Club Quilox; 2face Idibia and Super Eagles striker, Obafemi Martins.
I thought he is now to be addressed as 2Baba since he turned 40…
