We are now tenants in our father’s house – Kcee

Five Star Music star, Kcee, has weighed in on the recent happenings in Nigeria as news made rounds on Tuesday that operatives of the Department of State Services (DSS) invaded the National Assembly.

The incident led to the sacking of Director-General of the DSS, Lawal Daura, by Acting President, Yemi Osinbajo who stated that the DSS blockade was not authorised.

In a message to Twitter on Wednesday, Kcee suggested that if the government can act swiftly in a matter that directly affects them, why hasn’t the same been done to the SARS campaign Nigerians have been clamoring about.

“Truthful Reminder to you all, the DSS Boss was sacked before the SARS boss because it affected both the former and new owners of Nigeria. Me and you are just ordinary tenants in our own legitimate father’s land. Defection is the new political cool,” he wrote.

2face also took to Twitter to advise citizens of the country not to buy into the “game” of the politicians calling for Nigerians not to take sides in the ongoing political saga.
