Vetiva Capital co-founder Olaolu Mudasiru’s burial date announced

A service of songs will be held in honour of the late co-founder and deputy managing director of Vetiva Capital Olaolu Mudasiru on Monday, December 19.

The businessman was riding with a team of cyclists on Sunday morning when a car rammed into them on Gerrard Road in the upscale neighbourhood of Ikoyi, Lagos.

While Mudasiru died, the two others crushed by the driver are receiving treatment at the Lagoon Hospital, Ikoyi.

Qed.ng on Wednesday got hold of the funeral arrangements for Mudasiru. The service of songs will be held at Harbour Point, 4 Wilmot Point Road, Victoria Island, Lagos.

The funeral service will be held on December 20 at the Anglican Church of Nativity, Parkview Estate, Ikoyi, Lagos. Private interment will follow after the service.

Mudasiru was trained as a medical doctor at the University of Lagos (UNILAG). He had an MBA from the University of Reading in the United Kingdom.

He was the son of former Lagos State military administrator, late Air Commodore Gbolahan Mudasiru.

The police have begun a search for the hit-and-run driver, according to the Command’s spokesperson Benjamin Hundeyin.
