TV host, Emma Ugolee, prepares for another surgery

Media personality and TV host, Emma Ugolee, is set to have another surgery to complete his treatment for a kidney disease.

The 41-year-old, who has had numerous surgeries since he was diagnosed, took to Instagram on Friday to appreciate all his followers and fans while revealing he has a strong support system.

He also shared an interesting encounter he had with the female doctor who came to prepare him for the surgery.

“Hey! Going under the knife for 4 hours in a bit for a fistula bypass and decided to do the pre-surgery shoot,” he wrote in a lengthy post.

Hey! Going under the knife for 4 hours in a bit for a fistula bypass and decided to do the pre surgery shoot. 🤣🤣🤣. If you’ve had surgery before you’ll know about all that consent paper signing and prep talk about eventualities and if you don’t wake up, next of kin, blah blah. The first time I had that session ehn. Heart in mouth but today (after haven heard those words at least 8 times) I amused the doctor by almost repeating her words verbatim. Lol After the weak attempt at scaring me with medical facts, she then asked “So how do you feel? My response: “I get so weak in the knees, I can hardly speak” She replies : “Weak in the knees? Hardly speak? Really? I continued : Yes! “I get so weak in the knees, I can hardly speak I lose all control and something takes over me. In a daze and it’s so amazing, it’s not a phase She cuts in with major laughter : “wait a minute, wait a minute, My goodness, that’s SWV, Mr Ugolee.” Then drops the verses last line :”Can’t explain why your loving makes me weak” We shared a laugh and then she looked at me with the most sincere gaze I’ve ever seen. Her honest smile came with the words “Your spirit is so contagious! You must be feeding of great vibes and a lot of love.” Now you know why decided to tell you about this surgery. I thought about my family and friends and you guys. The energy I feed off to round up this kidney waka. I’m genuinely grateful for the energy God uses you all to instill in me. Even total strangers can now tell my support system is top notch. Not everyone gets this fortunate. Thank you. Fantastic people you all are who truly care about me. For those just being entertained, please learn something in the process. Weirdly looking forward to the anesthesia. See you guys layrer. With the post surgery shoot by Kelechi Amadi. That’s Kelechukwu Uchenndu Amadioha my guy that lives down the road🤣🤣 Be careful not to sing that SWV song. The doctor just complained that she hasn’t been able to get it out of her head. ✌ – Emma Ugolee.
