Cool FM OAP, Destiny Amaka, can’t stop talking about how she lost 50 pounds weight and the benefit to her body.
The media personality wrote in a recent Instagram post: “I’m still learning new things about my body but being formerly 89kg with 33% body fat and borderline diabetes was not doing my health any good. I’m healthier happier, still learning.”
She uploaded a picture of her bikini body taken during a vacation in August 2016 on Instagram, with the message “forgive me as I admire this new body of mine small”.
Destiny first captured public eye at the tender age of 13 with a BAFTA nomination for a teen documentary on human rights issues, in which she travelled to Mali, France and the United Kingdom.
She once did a reality show in the UK for Sky Living TV called Bigger than Beyoncé.
