Wife of the former Senate President Toyin Saraki has filed a libel case against three individuals in Ilorin for alleging she bought the Children’s Amusement Park in Ilorin for her personal use.
The case was filed at Kwara State High Court, Ilorin.
The defendants are Saliu Ajia, Saad Omoiya, and Saleh Garba.
On Monday, the defendants were not present in court. The plaintiff’s counsel also informed the court of his inability to serve them.

Justice H. O. Ajayi granted the prayer of the plaintiff’s counsel and ordered that the defendants be served through substituted means.
The judge noted that the process should be published in at least two local newspapers and one national daily.
The court adjourned the matter till December 11.
