Toyin Saraki marks second anniversary of Dapo Ojora’s death

Toyin Saraki, wife of former Senate President Bukola Saraki, on Sunday honoured the memory of her brother Dapo Ojora two years after his death.

Born in 1962, Dapo who was fondly called Baba Polo and Dog Whisperer, died on December 11, 2020, after a shooting incident at his Ikoyi, Lagos home. He was Mrs Saraki’s older brother.

Mrs Saraki shared on Instagram old video clips of Dapo during his days as a polo lover.

She wrote, “The treasury of scripture intercedes that: ‘Oh, that my words were recorded, that they were written on a scroll, that they were inscribed with an iron tool on lead, or engraved in rock forever. I know that my redeemer lives, and that in the end He will stand on the earth.’ Job 19: 23-25. Rest in peace Daps, Amen.”

Dapo was buried at the Vaults and Gardens, Ikoyi, Lagos on December 22, 2020.

He was the second son of corporate guru Adekunle Ojora to die within 10 years. Adegboyega Ojora aka Gbegi died on April 10, 2011.
