Nollywood actress Tonto Dikeh on Thursday marked the posthumous birthday of her mother, who passed on 32 years ago.
The actress shared an identical photo of her mother to Instagram with the caption; “Celebration of life, 32years gone We’ve hurt, we’ve healed, now it’s time to celebrate what beautiful life you may have lived I hope you keep on resting in peace Mama. Love always, your little girl.”
Born into a family of seven from Obio-Akpor in Rivers State, the 36-year-old lost her mother when she was three years old. She was raised by her stepmother, who has two children.
The actress recently broke up with her lover Prince Kpokpogri after the latter was accused of cheating on her.
Tonto has a son Andre which she had from her marriage to businessman Olakunle Churchill. She and Churchill are now divorced.
