Actress Stella Damasus has penned an emotional tribute to her late mother in celebration of her posthumous birthday, while also remembering her late husband Jaiye Aboderin.
The 47-year-old took to Instagram on Friday to share photos of her mother alongside a heartfelt note.
“I miss you so much mummy. My babe, my padi, my gist and prayer partner,” she wrote.
“I have so much to tell you but I will save them for later. Happy birthday mummy, continue to rest and give my love to daddy and Junior. Tell Jay the girls and I are fine. #mum #birthday.”
Stella’s mother passed away in 2014, nearly 10 years after the actress lost her husband Jaiye Aboderin in 2004. Jaiye, who died suddenly at 33, was a businessman and entertainment promoter.
The couple had two daughters together before his untimely death.
