The action Governor Babatunde Fashola of Lagos is human after all. Presiding over the Centre of Excellence must cause him some sleepless nights. Little wonder he succumbed to the call of nature for a quick shut-eye at this event. Almost everybody else seemed to miss this rare shot but qed.ng didn’t.
