Lagos State Governor Babajide Sanwo-Olu on Wednesday announced a three-bedroom apartment gift each to the principal and teacher of the year.
The principal of the year is Ikuseyi Dumi of Government Union College while teacher of the year is Iyabo Elusakin of Oriwu College.
Social media aide to the governor Jubril Gawat shared a video on Twitter of Mr Sanwo-Olu making the announcement at the commissioning of Prince Abiodun Ogunleye Housing Estate, Igbogbo.
Sanwo-Olu had earlier announced a three-bedroom flat gift to Nollywood veteran Lanre Hassan aka Iya Awero.
The governor named the housing estate after the former deputy governor of Lagos and political leader in Ikorodu, Prince Abiodun Ogunleye.
The estate has 360 home units comprising 120 one bedroom, 120 two bedrooms and 120 three bedrooms homes at Bayeku road, Igbogbo, Ikorodu.
