Nollywood actor Richard Mofe-Damijo popularly known as RMD has shared a before and after weight loss pictures of himself with comedian Real Warri Pikin.
The 59-year-old in an Instagram post put an old picture of himself and Real Warri Pikin with a recent picture side by side.
“You are in charge of your life. You can do anything you set your mind to do. Get in the right frame of mind and set some goals,” he wrote on Tuesday.
“Not every success is visible on a scale, sometimes walking down a flight of stairs without running out of breath is a WIN.”
On November 9 RMD shared a video of Real Warri Pikin working out.
He is married to TV personality Jumobi Adegbesan. They have two children together.
Born Anita Asuoha, Real Warri Pikin on Novemeber 7 said she had lost 13kg since she began her weight loss journey three months ago.
