A gospel singer and member of the Redeemed Christian Church of God (RCCG), Michael Arowosaiye, has died by suspected suicide.
A regular performer at RCCG programmes, Mr Arowosaiye reportedly hung himself with a belt on Tuesday at Sunnyvale Estate, Lokogoma District, Abuja.
Acting spokesman, of the Federal Capital Territory Police Command, Gajere Danjuma, confirmed the incident.
Arowosaiye celebrated his last birthday on July 1 last year.
He posted a picture of himself and Bishop Wale Oke on Facebook in March this year, writing “Lord please I receive this great grace. “Thank you Bishop Francis Wale Oke.”
