Rappers Phyno and Ice Prince have knocked Malaysia-based Nigerian socialite, Hushpuppi, for accusing them of wearing fake wristwatches.

The duo went after the disrespectful show-off in a series of Snapchat and Twitter posts on Thursday.

Hushpuppi, known for flaunting a lavish lifestyle especially his love for Gucci on social media, had earlier mocked Phyno and Ice Prince for allegedly patronising pirated wristwatches.

He said if the artistes didn’t want others to pirate their music, then they not buy bootlegged copies of other people’s works.

First to respond was Phyno who fired back that he was not in the same category as Hushpuppi.

“You live and die for Gucci. I will live and die for my people. The hunger is different (edited),” the Penthauze rapper said in a message composed.

The 30-year-old added that he does his own things like buying a house and a car for his mom as well as support others without being loud on social media.

Ice Prince later shared his thoughts in messages posted on Twitter.

His message is that the attention seeking Hushpuppi should get in the studio if he wants to be famous.

This is not the first time Hushpuppi would be calling out Nigerian celebrities on social media.

He was recently involved in a messy beef with Davido over who spends more money.
