Osinbajo joins Aso Villa Chapel online service

Vice President Yemi Osinbajo (1)

Vice President Yemi Osinbajo partook in the Aso Villa Chapel online live streaming service on Sunday.

Prof. Osinbajo had tested negative for the coronavirus.

His spokesman, Laolu Akande, tweeted on Sunday saying the nation’s number two citizen, who is a pastor in the Redeemed Christian Church of God (RCCG), was part of the service.

“Today, we just finished worship through the Aso Villa Chapel online live streaming service as worshippers join from their homes. As the LORD lives, we shall beat Covid19,” Mr Akande said.

Akande had on March 24 confirmed that Osinbajo has gone into self-isolation to contain the spread of the coronavirus in the country.

He also said the vice president has been conducting his meetings via video conferencing while observing social distancing.
