Super Eagles defender, Kenneth Omeruo, has confessed that he’s in the dark over his Chelsea future.

Omeruo, 23, was signed by the Blues in 2012 and had his contract extended by an additional three years in 2014.

But the Nigerian has not made any official appearance for the club, spending all his time away on loan.

First, it was Dutch side, ADO Den Haag, followed by a spell in the English Championship with Middlesbrough.

He then played for two Turkish sides, Kasimpasa and Alanyaspor.

Omeruo, out of contract this summer, is hoping his future will be resolved when he meets with Chelsea board around July.

“A decision will be made in July after my representatives meet with Chelsea. I can’t say more than that,” the 23-year-old told Complete Sports.

“There are offers but we need to study which will be best for my future.”

The versatile defender, who was an unused substitute in the Super Eagles Africa Cup of Nations qualifier loss to South Africa, has been capped 31.

He was a key member of the squad that won the tournament in 2013.
