Nigerians were all over social media on Monday during the 2017 FIFA Best awards not because their countryman was nominated for any honour but for the rare selfie Nigeria Football Federation (NFF) boss, Amaju Pinnick, took with Lionel Messi.
Pinnick alongside second vice-president, Shehu Dikko, was spotted in London for the annual gong.
Although the Barcelona superstar eventually lost out to Cristiano Ronaldo for The Best FIFA Men’s Player award, the Glass House entourage will be contented with a rare shot with the Argentine skipper.
