Leader of The Omega Fire Ministries Worldwide, Apostle Johnson Suleiman, escaped arrest by the Department of State Service (DSS) in the early hours of Wednesday after Governor Ayodele Fayose of Ekiti came to his rescue.
Known for harsh criticism of the government, Fulani herdsmen and MMM, Suleman has boasted that Nigeria will not know peace for at least one year if he is detained.
Expectedly, Nigerian users have a lot to say about the controversy.
Some support the clergyman, wondering why the Nigerian government was going after him when they should go after Fulani herdsmen.
