Nigerian journalist declared missing

A photojournalist with Naij.com, Yinka Adeparusi, has been declared missing by his employers.

A statement by the online publication said the Lagos State University mass communication graduate left his Abuja apartment on Sunday, November 13 and has not been seen since.

Describing his disappearance as mysterious, Naij.com said “several calls made to his mobile phone lines have not been going through. Mr Adeparusi has also not made any contact with those close to him or his colleagues in the office.”

The missing journalist speaks Yoruba and English and had a not-too-thick Afro-style hair as at the last time he was seen.

A colleague in Abuja told Qed.ng that the former staff of National Mirror lost his mother earlier in 2016.

Anyone with information about his whereabouts is requested to call 08122228419, 08168818131, 08180006245 or email info@naij.com.
