My wife denies me intercourse over my small manhood – Pastor

Court

Pastor Samson Farounbi on Monday told an Idi-Ogungun Customary Court, Agodi, in Ibadan that the small size of his manhood made his estranged wife to deny him sex for a long period.

While testifying before the court on a case of divorce he instituted against Tope Farounbi, the pastor said he wanted the court to end the union of 19 years on grounds of ‘unrest of mind’, ‘threat to life’ and ‘lack of respect’ for his family.

He said his wife, a fruit trader, used to return home late at night.

“There was a day I challenged her why she always return late and denying me sex.

“She confessed that the small size of my penis was responsible for keeping late outside and for refusing to have sex with her.

“She suggested to buy local herb for the treatment of my micro penis which cost N5,000 but I priced it down to N4,000.

“I got myself treated with the Agbo (local herb) but she still felt reluctance to allow me have access to her body,” he said.

The preacher also said the defendant maltreated his mother until she moved to Ilesha where she died few months later.

Tope denied the allegations but supported the plaintiff’s call for divorce.

President of the court, Mukaila Balogun and two court assessors, Wahab Popoola and Alao Ganiyu, unanimously decided to grant their request.

Balogun ordered that three children that are males should be in the custody of the plaintiff while the remaining two daughters should remain with Tope.

He further directed the plaintiff to pay N8,000 monthly allowance for the upkeep of the two kids in the defendant’s custody.
