Filmmaker Mildred Okwo has reacted to a photo of actress Rita Dominic being used by a blogger for a bleaching cream tutorial.
In a post titled “5 ways to know you bought a bleaching cream” the blogger used Rita’s photo from the movie The Meeting to cite examples of what bleached skin looks like.
Reacting to the post on Twitter on Tuesday, Mildred who directed the film laughed off the post and retweeted it.
“Una dey ment. Na my Clara Ikemba una wan use for jokes? Una don enter The Meeting part 2 be that,” she wrote.
Rita played the character Clara Ikemba, a sassy secretary to an honourable minister, in The Meeting.
The film also stars Kate Henshaw, Linda Ejiofor, Femi Jacobs, Kehinde Bankole, Andrea Chikachukwu and others.
