Mike Adenuga’s daughter Bella Disu set to deliver two malls in Lagos

Bella Disu, daughter of billionaire businessman Mike Adenuga, is set to deliver two malls named Ile-Oja in Lagos.

One of the malls is located on Opebi Road, Ikeja while the other is on Sanusi Fafunwa Street, Victoria Island.

Mrs Disu is the CEO of Cobble-Stone Properties & Estates Limited, the company constructing both malls.

Information gathered from the company’s website says the mall in Opebi has three floors of various space sizes ranging from 45sqm to 150sqm.

“There’s (sic) ample parking spaces for all shoppers and shop owners,” the company said.

Although there are still some works to be done at the mall, the company said it will be available by the first quarter of 2023.

The one on Victoria Island is said to have various space sizes ranging from 36sqm to 150sqm on the ground and first floors.

It is also said to have ample parking spaces for all shoppers and shop owners.

Like the one in Opebi, it is also advertised to be available by the first quarter of 2023.

Its assets comprise residential, commercial and mixed-use property.

Born on May 29, 1986, Bella Disu is the executive vice chairman of her father’s Globacom.

She is the chairman of Abumet Plc, a glass and aluminum manufacturing company, and a non-executive director of construction company, Julius Berger Nigeria Plc.
