Comedian, Bose Ogunboye, popularly known as Lepacious Bose, has shared a video of which shows her washing a car during a workout session.
The 44-year-old shared the video on Instagram on Saturday.

Told you I was going to tell you the something different I did today 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣 . I decided to wash the cars 💃🏼💃🏼💃🏼💃🏼🤣🤣🤣💃🏼…. not everyday burpees, jumping jacks and press ups biko! The most important thing is movement! Don’t be static! . . When I started my Weightloss journey I was over 200kg of course I could not do ANY EXERCISE nog even walking…. so the only exercises I could do were household chores! Trust me I hated every minute of it, but it was amazing how challenging it was to do little things like sweep, mop, wash car etc was! At the end of each chore I will be panting and sweating like someone that ran a marathon 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣 but I was determined to keep MOVING! The first rule of Weightloss is KEEP MOVING! . . . Of course anytime I don’t feel like workout but I push myself to do it, that is when you hear the song in the background..,. A reminder that I am on a journey of discovery it’s a lonely road….
