Koga Entertainment boss, Chris Jeyibo, dies in auto crash

Chairman of showbiz and event promotion powerhouse, Koga Entertainment, Chris Jeyibo has passed away.

The 45-year-old was in a fatal car accident along Magodo Road, Lagos at around 1 am on Friday.

A tweet by the Lagos State Emergency Management Agency (LASEMA) confirmed that Jeyibo’s white Range Rover SUV crashed into a parked trailer.

The father-of-two died on the spot.


His company, Koga Entertainment, is involved in organising different shows/events like Industry Nite and birthday bashes for celebrities.

He was also involved in various productions for projects such as the dance reality show, Dance 234, the family soap series, Eve, and some other TV programmes.

He was executive producer on Kemi Adetiba’s movie, The Wedding Party, and many more.

Koga Entertainment houses Koga Xtra TV, Koga Studios, KICL Clothing, Koga Lounge, Koga Hall and Koga Records.

Others are Koga Production, Koga Publishing, Koga Lounge and Koga Foundation.

The service of song for the late musician, Nomoreloss, took place at Koga Studio, Oregun in Ikeja on April 8.
