Actress Kemi Afolabi has asked her followers for help on behalf of her daughter Darasimi.
The Yoruba movie star who is currently undergoing treatment for lupus in Baltimore Maryland, USA called on those traveling from the city to Nigeria to help her deliver a package to her daughter.
Taking to an Instagram story on Thursday, Kemi Afolabi wrote: “Anyone in Maryland USA leaving to Nigeria this weekend or max next week? Help me take something to my daughter for school Edakun. Thank you in advance.”
Qed.ng on March 11 reported that Kemi Afolabi revealed she was diagnosed with lupus during an interview with media personality Chude Jideonwo. The actress also pointed out that her doctor said she has just five years to live.
Following the revelation, several celebrities like Funke Akindele, Toyin Abraham, Mercy Aigbe, Yomi Fabiyi, Jaiye Kuti and Day Amusa launched a fundraiser for the actress.
