A Nigerian sex worker, identified as Benedicta, has been killed by an Italian man, Leopoldo Scalici, for allegedly failing to satisfy him, Modena Today reports.
The 41-year-old Italian had approached Benedicta on the streets of Modena Nord for sex over the weekend.
It was gathered that an argument broke out between the duo after sexual intercourse, prompting the Italian to hit Benedicta with a heavy object on the face and head.
Mr Scalici, on realising that the Nigerian was dead, dumped her body in a ditch.
Scalici has been placed in police custody while an autopsy has been scheduled.
