Nigeria youngster, Kelechi Iheanacho, once again proved his qualities in a star-studded Manchester City team in the English FA Cup at Carrow Road on Saturday.

City booked their place in the fourth round of the competition with consummate ease, as they overpowered Norwich City on the way to a 3-0 win.

Iheanacho got a rare start alongside Argentine superstar, Sergio Aguero, in attack with Jesus Navas and Raheem Sterling supporting the duo from the flanks.

It was the attacking prowess of City’s front two that made the difference with both scoring in the first half.

Aguero started the party in the 16th minute with a wonderful strike before turning provider for his strike partner 20 minutes later.

Iheanacho benefited from a sublime pass from the Argentine to score his fifth goal of the season and City’s second of the day.

The second half was almost a non-event, but substitute Kevin De Bruyne rounded off the win with City’s third 12 minutes from time.

Iheanacho was replaced with five minutes to spare by Bersant Celina.
