Founder of CAC, Oke-Agbara Michael Olowere

Founder and general overseer of Christ Apostolic Church (CAC) Oke-Agbara, Ashi, Ibadan Prophet Michael Olowere, popularly known as Baba Automatic, is dead.

Wife of Oyo State Governor Tamunominini Makinde confirmed his death in a statement on Thursday and expressed condolences to the family of the deceased.

Mrs Makinde described his death as painful and shocking.

She also condoled with the entire body of Christ and the family of CAC.

Mrs Makinde said the deceased was one of the greatest anointed men of God who dedicated himself to the service of God and humanity.

Olowere had direct access to the revered former president of the church, late Apostle Joseph Babalola.

In his over six decades of Christian ministry, he spearheaded the planting of several churches within the CAC beginning with the CAC Oke-Imole, Agbowo in 1978.
