Former Qed.ng columnist, KC Ejelonu, joins Tinsel

Nigerian actress, Kelechi Abiodun (KC) Ejelonu, has joined the cast of Africa Magic drama series, Tinsel.

She plays the role of Tessa Opara in the soap opera.

Her character is in her late 20’s, born in Lagos but well travelled. Her parents have a bit of money so she can work and live where she likes. She is the only child of her parents.

Tessa and Yaya are friends; they first met at Tinsel Town magazine where they both worked for a while. They lost touch after Yaya stopped working for the magazine.

Tessa has since moved to make a name for herself as a film critic; building a fan base for herself both locally and internationally. She doesn’t make friends easily but when she does, she remains loyal to the end. She is always there for others even when no one is there for her.

KC Ejelonu was a pioneer columnist with Qed.ng. She wrote a weekly column called Close Up.

DStv viewers can expect to see her on Tinsel from April 27 every weekday on Africa Magic Showcase, DStv Channel 151.
