One of Africa’s richest women, Folorunso Alakija, has released ‘prophetic declaration and prayers’ against coronavirus disease (COVID-19).
The billionaire businesswoman, who is a pastor in the Rose of Sharon Glorious Ministry International, released the prayer on Twitter on March 21.
She quoted Psalm 91:1-10 and mentioned some of the diseases which have plagued Nigeria such as Ebola, SARS, Lassa Fever among others.
Mrs Alakija then itemised an 18-point prayer against the disease.
Some Twitter users, however, dragged her on Tuesday, saying she should be donating money to fighting the virus like Africa’s richest man, Aliko Dangote, did with a donation of N200 million.
