Disc jockey Shalewa Kuti popularly known as DJ Shaarks on Thursday shared a stunning photo to celebrate her 45th birthday.
The fifth child of afrobeat legend Fela Kuti shared the photo on Instagram.
A Queen was born today! Happy birthday to the goddess of them all. I want happiness, not only for myself, for everyone,” she wrote.
The management of the New Afrika Shrine also celebrated the DJ on Instagram.
The Lagos-born entertainer who is also a lawyer studied mass communication at the Ogun State Polytechnic which is now called Moshood Abiola Polytechnic.
Shalewa went further to study law at the University of Lagos after which she went to music school where she studied music production and jockey, after which she opened her own music studio, Shaarks Music.
