Former beauty queen and actress Precious Chikwendu has been conferred with a honorary doctorate by Heim Weldios University of Management and Technology.
The university, situated in Porto-Novo, Benin Republic, honoured her with a doctoral degree in humanities on Saturday.
Ms Chikwendu, who is also the ex-lover of a former minister of aviation Femi Fani-Kayode, posted photos taken from the ceremony on Instagram.
Chikwendu wrote, “Introducing Dr Precious chikwendu. Thank you @weldiosuniversitybn for the honor.”
The former model also congratulated actor Jerry Amilo and comedian Afam Igwemba aka Klint da Drunk for bagging doctoral degrees.
Chikwendu recently debunked rumour that she was getting back with Mr Fani-Kayode. According to her, she made peace with the former minister for the sake of her children.
