Kaduna State Governor Nasir El-Rufai has appointed Khalil Nur Khalil as the executive secretary of Kaduna Investment Promotion Agency.
Mr El-Rufai’s spokesman Muyiwa Adekeye announced the appointment in a statement on Monday following cabinet reshuffle.
Before his new appointment, Khalil, 28, was the agency’s director of investment intelligence. He has been with the agency since 2018.
Khalil is a first class graduate from the Eastern Mediterranean University, Cyprus and holds a bachelor’s degree in economics, his LinkedIn profile says.
